We’re seeking Supervisors with experience in a trade and/or the construction industry who are confident in leading teams, delegating tasks, and running projects from start to finish. In this role, you’ll step fully off the tools and focus on overseeing site operations, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently, and within agreed time frames. Your ability to coordinate people, manage workflows, and maintain clear communication will be key to delivering successful project outcomes.

• Carpentry or handyperson experience beneficial, but not essential
• White Card required
• Own tools (for initial familiarisation only; not used day-to-day)
• Car allowance or UTE provided (toll tag included)

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage a variety of carpentry and handyperson projects
• Oversee project deliverables, timelines, and client satisfaction
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment
• Work alongside experienced professionals and potentially guide apprentices
• Represent Evolve Talent with professionalism and pride

Lead & Supervise

Step off the tools and into leadership. Coordinate and oversee a range of carpentry and handyperson projects while working directly with clients to ensure exceptional delivery.
